English Curry

Our first unit is Issues. What you will learn is the skills of research, critical thinking, analyzing and clear expression. That sounds a bit dull, really, but it’s important. The more interesting part is that we will be discussing, arguing and writing about many issues dealing with food.We’ll watch a film to introduce the whole unit and then work out what aspects of food – from vegetarianism to obesity – that you would like to focus on. Questions on the film are still to come.
